New Issue: Bank of Canada sells C$2.8 billion bills due March 2 to yield 0.953%

Chicago, Feb. 17 - Bank of Canada said it priced C$2.8 billion of Government of Canada treasury bills due March 2, 2011 in an auction on Thursday.

The average yield was 0.953%, and the average price was 99.96607.

Bids were received for C$5,993,327,000 of bills, none of which were non-competitive.
