Bank of America to buy back €15.7 million of 4.625% and 4% notes Friday

Kansas City, Kan., Feb. 23 - Bank of America Corp. said it repurchased a total of €15.7 million of its notes, effective Friday.

The breakdown for the repurchases is as follows:

• €6 million of the €567.6 million 4.625% subordinated notes due Feb. 7, 2017; and

• €9.7 million of the €1,389,000,000 4% floating-rate callable subordinated notes due March 28, 2018.

After settlement, there will be €561.6 million of the 4.625% notes outstanding and €1,379,300,000 of the 4%/floating notes outstanding.
