Ukraine's Bank Khreschatyk gives 9% area guidance on dollar-denominated three-year loan participation notes

St. Louis, Sept. 11 - Khreschatyk Finance BV, a special purpose vehicle of Ukraine's Bank Khreschatyk, has given its dollar-denominated offering of three-year loan participation notes initial price guidance of 9% area, according to a market source.

The notes are expected to be priced by the middle of this week.

Deutsche Bank has the books.

Moody's Investors Service assigns its B2 rating to the notes. Fitch Ratings assigns its B rating to the notes.

According to Fitch, Khreschatyk was Ukraine's 15th-largest bank by assets at the end of the first half of 2006. It has a network of 14 full branches and 56 outlets, mainly in Kiev or the Kiev region.
