New Issue: Banco do Brasil prices $750 million five-year notes to yield 4¾%

New York, March 14 – Banco do Brasil SA, acting through its Grand Cayman branch, priced $750 million of five-year senior notes (Ba2/BB-) at par on Wednesday to yield 4¾%, according to a market source.
The notes are part of the bank’s $20 billion senior unsecured euro medium-term note program and were sold via joint bookrunners BB Securities, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs, Standard Chartered Bank and Itau Unibanco Holdings.
Banco do Brasil is a lender based in Brasilia, Brazil.
