Moody's: Banco de Servicios y Transacciones bond B2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B2 global local-currency senior debt rating to Banco de Servicios y Transacciones SA's second bond issuance for up to $80 million denomnated in Argentine pesos with a maturity of 550 days.

Moody's also said it assigned an A1.ar local-currency debt rating to the issuance.

The seniority of the issue was taken into consideration and a senior debt issuance is usually rated equally to the senior global local-currency deposit rating, which is B2 for the bank.

The outlook is stable.
