Baidu to price dollar-denominated bond offering via JPMorgan, Goldman
New York, Nov. 5 - Baidu, Inc. registered to sell a two-tranche dollar-denominated bond offering via bookrunners J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Proceeds will be used to retire $350 million of credit facility debt and for general corporate purposes.
The notes will have a make-whole call.
ANZ, Bank of China and Deutsche Bank will be co-managers.
Baidu is a Chinese-language internet search provider based in Beijing.
