Alamo Drafthouse official committee of unsecured creditors formed

Olympia, Wash., March 15 – Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas Holdings, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed by Regions 3 and 9 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The seven members of the committee are Thomas Costanzo of Summit Glory Property, LLC, based in New York, AJ Levine of Albee Development LLC, based in Rye, N.Y., Al Lindemann of Sloans Lake-FCA, LLC, based in Charlotte, N.C., Adam Block of MEP Mainstreet Operations, LLC, based in Baltimore, Md., Richard Blazier of Sony Electronics Inc., based in Paramus, N.J., Kelvin James Preston of Vista Entertainment Solutions (USA) Inc., based in Beverly Hills, Calif., and William D. DiGaetano of Iced Tea with Lemon LLC, based in Richardson, Tex.

The Austin, Tex.-based dine-in movie theater chain filed bankruptcy on March 3 under Chapter 11 case number 21-10474.
