New Issue: Barclays prices $532,000 phoenix autocallable notes on ARK ETF

Chicago, Aug. 29 – Barclays Bank plc priced $532,000 of phoenix autocallable notes due Aug. 26, 2027 linked to the performance of the ARK Innovation ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 14.65% if the ETF closes at or above its 50% coupon barrier on a related observation date.

The notes will be called at par plus contingent coupon if the ETF closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call observation date.

If the notes are not called and the ETF finishes at or above its final barrier price, 50% of its initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to decline.
