Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 30 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.55 million of 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Dec. 27, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and the ARK Innovation ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each underlier finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 270% of the lesser-performing underlier’s return.
If the final level of any underlier is less than or equal to its initial level but the final level of each underlier is greater than or equal to its 90% trigger level, the payout will be par.
If the final level of any underlier is less than its trigger level, investors will be exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
