New Issue: JPMorgan prices $425,000 autocallable buffered equity notes on ARK Innovation

Chicago, Dec. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $425,000 of 0% autocallable buffered equity notes due April 7, 2022 linked to the ARK Innovation ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the fund closes at or above 105% of its initial level on Sept. 30, 2021, the notes will be automatically called at par plus a call premium of 10%.

If the notes are not called and the fund return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the fund.

If the fund falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par. If the fund falls by more than 20%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
