Amber Hill Financial increases conversion price on convertible bonds

Los Angeles, Dec. 7 – Amber Hill Financial Holdings Ltd. announced it adjusted the conversion price of its convertible bonds as a result of a share consolidation.

The conversion price was adjusted to HK$10.00 per consolidated share of HK$0.01 from HK$1.00 per share of HK$0.001, effective Nov. 30.

As of Dec. 7, there was HK$105 million principal amount of the bonds outstanding.

The investment holding company is based in Hong Kong.
