Advantage Holdco: Three appointed to unsecured creditors committee

Pittsburgh, June 9 – Advantage Holdco, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Tuesday by Region 3 U.S. Trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The committee members are Kathy Paskvan of Safelite Group of Columbus, Ohio; Sonya Locke of EDS Service Solutions, LLC of Atlanta; and Swati Diwan of Exultancy, Inc. of Princeton, N.J.
Advantage Holdco is an Orlando, Fla.-based rental car company. The company filed bankruptcy on May 26 under Chapter 11 case number 20-11259.
