New Issue: Singapore’s Aspial prices S$75 million 6.15% notes due 2024

Detroit, Jan. 22 – Aspial Corp. Ltd. subsidiary Aspial Treasury Pte. Ltd. has issued S$75 million of 6.15% notes due Jan. 22, 2024 guaranteed by the parent company, according to a market listing.

S$64.75 of the new notes were offered in exchange for the company’s 5.9% notes due April 2021 and the 6¼% notes due October 2021. S$10.25 million was issued to new buyers.

DBS Bank Ltd. was the principal paying agent and sole bookrunner on the issue. Listing on the Singapore Exchange is expected on Jan. 25.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, investments (including refinancing of existing debt), working capital and capital expenditures.

Aspial is a Singapore-based jeweler.
