Advanta plans meeting to price, issue foreign currency convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., June 27 - Advanta India Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will set the terms for an issue of foreign currency convertible bonds at a board of directors committee meeting on June 30.

The company also expects to launch the offering on that date.

Based in Secunderabad, India, Advanta produces and sells hybrid agricultural field crop seeds and plant seeds.
