ABM Investama starts $40 million tender offer for 9½% notes
Chicago, Oct. 20 – PT ABM Investama Tbk. started a $40 million capped tender offer for its 9½% senior notes due 2026, (ISINs: US69379AAB17, USY708CHAB61), according to a notice.
At the start of the offer, there were $200 million of the notes outstanding.
Noteholders who tender by the early deadline will receive $1,000 cash for each $1,000 principal amount of notes tendered, inclusive of a $50 early tender premium that will not be paid to noteholders who tender after the early deadline.
Interest will also be paid to the settlement date.
The early tender deadline is 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 2, also the withdrawal deadline.
The expiration time is 11:59 p.m. ET on Nov. 17.
Settlement is expected for Nov. 23.
Tenders may be subject to proration.
There is a financing condition on the offer.
