New York, Nov. 21 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $4.19 million of fixed coupon autocallable securities due Nov. 20, 2025 linked to the common stock of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities will be called automatically starting Nov. 15, 2024 at par if the price of the underlying stock is greater than or equal to its initial price and on any subsequent monthly review date.
Investors will receive a coupon of 14%, paid monthly.
If the stock gains or ends above its $64.90 downside threshold, which is equal to 55% of the initial share price downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines if it finishes below its downside threshold level.
