New Issue: JPMorgan prices $500,000 review notes linked to AMD, Nvidia
Chicago, July 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 0% review notes due July 17, 2025 linked to the lesser performing of the common stocks of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. and Nvidia Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically starting July 17, 2023 and on any subsequent quarterly review date at a premium of 23.25% per year if the worst performing stock closes above 100%, 93.75%, 87.5%, 81.25%, 75%, 68.75%, 62.5%, 56.25% and 50% of its initial value on the successive determination dates.
If the notes are not called because at least one stock has closed below the 50% final barrier level, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing stock declines from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
