Chicago, May 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.18 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due Oct. 26, 2022 linked to Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. common stock, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 14.05%, payable quarterly, if the stock closes above its 70% interest barrier on a related observation date. Previously unpaid coupons will also be paid.
The securities will be called automatically starting Jan. 21, 2022 and on any subsequent quarterly review date if the stock closes above its initial stock price.
At maturity the payout will be par unless the stock closes below its 70% trigger level in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the stock.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
