Advanced Micro Devices plans to sell fixed-rate notes in two parts

Knoxville, Tenn., June 7 – Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. intends to issue fixed-rate senior notes in two parts, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

Barclays, BofA Securities Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

U.S. Bank Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Latham & Watkins LLP is counsel to the issuer, and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP is counsel to the underwriters.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The semiconductor company is based in Santa Clara, Calif.
