Thailand's Advanced Wireless plans up to 20 billion baht debentures

Madison, Wis., Jan. 23 - Advanced Info Service plc said its 99.99% subsidiary, Advanced Wireless Network Co., Ltd., plans to issue up to 20 billion baht of senior debentures.

The debentures will have a maturity of no more than 10 years.

Details of the offering have yet to be determined.

Proceeds will be used for capital expenditures or working capital.

Advanced Info Service is a mobile phone operator based in Bangkok.
