Atlas Renewable completes placement of notes to fund solar projects

Knoxville, Tenn., July 2 – Atlas Renewable Energy completed a private placement of a senior and a subordinated note with IDB-Invest.

DNB Markets, Inc. and the Inter-American Investment Corp. were the agents.

The deal included an investment-grade senior tranche and a sub-investment grade subordinated tranche.

Proceeds will be used for the company’s El Naranjal and Del Litoral solar PV projects in Salto, Uruguay.

The renewable energy company is based in Miami.
