Alta Mesa U.S. Trustee names seven to unsecured creditors committee

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 27 – Alta Mesa Resources, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Friday by Region 7 U.S. trustee Henry G. Hobbs Jr., according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The committee is comprised of Diana Jacobs of U.S. Bank, NA, based in Seattle; Melvin Bollenbach of Bollenbach Enterprises LP of Oklahoma City; Morgan Neff of Wilks Bros., LLC, based in Willow Park, Tex.; Morgan Tarlton Hotzel of Tenaris Global Services of Houston; Max Bouthillette of QES Pressure Pumping, based in Houston; Craig Collins of Kodiak Gas Services, LLC of Montgomery, Tex.; and Christopher J. Ryan of Baker Hughes Oilfield Services, based in Houston.

Alta Mesa is an onshore oil and gas company based in Houston. It filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 11. The Chapter 11 case number is 19-35133.
