A’Gaci and Chapter 7 parties in interest ordered to mediate disputes

Pittsburgh, Oct. 24 – A’Gaci, LLC and the parties in interest in its Chapter 7 bankruptcy case have been ordered to participate in mediation to resolve their disputes related to the case, according to an order filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas.

Judge Craig A. Gargotta has been appointed as independent mediator.

The mediation session will occur on Nov. 21.

A’Gaci is a San Antonio-based fashion retailer. The company filed bankruptcy on Aug. 7 under Chapter 11 case number 19-51919.
