Atlas Senior Loan Fund IV to redeem class A-1L, A-2L, A-3L, B-1L notes

Columbus, Ohio, June 30 – Atlas Senior Loan Fund IV, Ltd./Atlas Senior Loan Fund IV, LLC will redeem four sets of its notes due 2026 via a refinancing at the direction of holders of a majority of its subordinated notes, according to a notice.

The class A-1L senior secured floating rate notes, the class A-2L senior secured floating rate notes, the class A-3L senior secured deferrable floating rate notes and the class B-1L senior secured deferrable floating rate notes due 2026 will be redeemed on Aug. 15.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.
