Armstrong Flooring moves some dates, deadlines under bid procedures

By Sarah Lizee

Olympia, Wash., June 15 – Armstrong Flooring, Inc. pushed back some of the dates and deadlines under the bid procedures for its assets, according to a notice filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The deadline for going-concern bids for either the company’s North American business or substantially all of its assets has been moved to noon ET on June 23 from 11:59 p.m. ET on June 14. The auction has been moved to June 27 from June 16, and the sale hearing has been moved to June 29 from June 22.

The dates and deadlines relating to the sale of the assets or equity of the debtors’ affiliates in Australia and China haven’t been changed, however. For these, bids continued to remain due on 11:59 p.m. ET on June 14, an auction is scheduled for June 17, and a sale hearing is slated for June 20.

The Lancaster, Pa.-based flooring designer and manufacturer filed bankruptcy on May 8 under Chapter 11 case number 22-10426.
