India’s Adani Transmission plans $310 million of 30-year notes in private placement

New York, Feb. 4 – Adani Transmission Ltd. has lined up U.S. investors to buy $310 million in notes, according to a release.

The notes have a 30-year maturity and will bear interest at a fixed rate.

Barclays and Bank of America acted as the financial advisers in securing the deal and have held roadshow meetings for the Baa2/BBB- rated borrower over the past few months.

The utility company is based in Ahmedabad, India.
