Ares XXXIV manager, holders mull potential secured note refinancing

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 21 – Ares XXXIV CLO Ltd./Ares XXXIV CLO LLC said its asset manager is in discussions with holders of its subordinated notes to consider a refinancing of its secured notes in whole.

Holders of the class A-R (Cusip: 04015GAK5), B-R (Cusip: 04015GAM1), C (Cusip: 04015GAD1), D (Cusip: 04015GAH2), E-1 (Cusip: 04015HAC1), E-2 (Cusip: 04015HAE7), F (Cusip: 04015H AG2) and subordinated (Cusip: 04015HAJ6) notes were notified.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
