Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 15 - Adamus Resources Ltd. said it raised A$1.02 million in a private placement of shares. The deal priced on Oct. 8.
The company sold 3.4 million shares at A$0.30 each to Resource Capital Funds.
Proceeds will be used for exploration and development at Adamus' Southern Ashanti Gold project in Ghana and for general working capital.
Adamus is a mineral exploration company based in Perth, Australia.
