Aimco CLO, Series 2005-A plans redemption of several series of notes

New York, Oct. 2 – Aimco CLO, Series 2005-A and Aimco CLO, Series 2005-A Corp. gave notice of the optional redemption of the following series of notes:

• Class A-1A senior notes with Cusip numbers 00889LAA7, G0128YAA3 and 00889LAB5;

• Class A-1B senior notes with Cusip numbers 00889LAC3, G0128YAB1 and 00889LAD1;

• Class A-2 senior notes with Cusip numbers 00889LAE9, G0128YAC9 and 00889LAF6;

• Class B mezzanine notes with Cusip numbers 00889LAG4, G0128YAD7 and 00889LAH2;

• Class C mezzanine notes with Cusip numbers 00889LAJ8, G0128YAE5 and 00889LAK5;

• Class D mezzanine notes with Cusip numbers 00889MAA5, G0129AAA4 and 00889MAB3; and

• Subordinated notes with Cusip numbers 00889MAC1, G0129AAB2 and 00889MAD9.

The redemption date is Oct. 20.

The company gave notice in early September that holders of at least 70% of the subordinated notes requested the redemption of the notes in whole.

The redemption price is $7,275,513.02 for the $7,266,079.71 of outstanding class A-1A notes, $66,638,651.98 for the $66,557,290.13 of outstanding class A-1B notes, $18,029,738.80 for the $18 million of outstanding class A-2 notes, $17,040,978.31 for the $17 million of outstanding class B notes, $17,587,746.75 for the $17.5 million of outstanding class C notes and $4,120,288.39 for the $4,071,570.06 of outstanding class D notes.

For the $31 million of subordinated notes, the redemption price is a pro rata shares of the amount, if any, equal to 100% of the remaining proceeds of the collateral payable to the holders of the subordinated notes after giving effect to the payment of the redemption prices of the other notes.
