AusGroup sets hearings to place company under judicial management

Chicago, Nov. 28 – AusGroup Ltd. announced hearing dates to place the company under judicial management, according to an announcement.

The interim application hearing is scheduled for Nov. 30.

The cash management conference for the judicial management application will be held on Dec. 21.

West Perth, Australia-based AusGroup provides fabrication, precision machining, construction and integrated services to natural resource development companies.
