Fitch rates AVIC International notes A-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned AVIC International Holding Corp’s (A-/stable) proposed dollar-denominated notes an expected rating of A-(EXP).

The proposed notes will be issued by AVIC International Finance & Investment Ltd. and will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by AVIC International.

The proposed notes are rated at the same level as AVIC International's senior unsecured rating, as they will rank pari passu with the company's direct, unconditional, unsecured and unsubordinated obligations.

The company expects to use the proceeds to refinance its debt and for general corporate purposes, including working capital needs.
