Argentina's Autopistas del Sol gets offers to buy $472,000 of notes

Pittsburgh, July 2 - Autopistas del Sol SA has received offers to buy back $472,000 of its notes due 2017, according to a company news release.

The company has agreed to purchase the notes at a price of $280 per $1,000 of notes, for a total purchase price of $132,160.

In addition, the company will pay interest on the notes that accrues up to the July 7 payment date.

Autopistas del Sol is a Buenos Aires-based transportation company.
