Moody's: ADP unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said Automatic Data Processing, Inc.'s 8-K filing noting a $500 million increase for its renewed 364-day facility does not affect ADP's long-term Aaa or short-term P-1 ratings.

The increase is designed to enhance ADP's liquidity and support continued growth in client fund balances and the company's long-standing investment strategy, the agency noted.
