New Issue: Access Worldwide raises $2 million from notes with warrants

New York, June 16 - Access Worldwide Communications, Inc. closed a $2 million private placement.

The company issued a promissory note to Charles Henri Weil.

The four-month note came with warrants for 200,000 shares, exercisable at $0.01 each for 10 years.

Proceeds will be used for working capital.

Based in Boca Raton, Fla., Access Worldwide provides outsourced marketing services.
