New Issue: Singapore’s Ascendas India issues ¥4 billion ¾% five-year notes

Morgantown, W.Va., April 28 – Ascendas India Trust priced ¥4 billion of ¾% five-year notes, according to a company announcement.

Credit Suisse (Singapore) Ltd. is the dealer for the series 007 notes, which will be issued under the company’s S$500 million multicurrency debt issuance program.

Proceeds will be used to refinance loans, to fund investments and for general corporate purposes.

The notes are expected to be issued on May 11.

Ascendas India is a real estate investment trust with a portfolio in India and is a member of Singapore’s Ascendas real estate investment group.
