Ares European CLO III calls floating, subordinated, combination notes

Minneapolis, Jan. 24 – Ares European CLO III BV said holders of more than 66 2/3% of its outstanding class F subordinated notes voted to request a redemption of seven classes of floating-rate notes due 2024, along with combination notes and the subordinated notes, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed on Feb. 15:

• €52.5 million of class A1 senior secured floating-rate variable funding notes;

• €145 million of class A2 senior secured floating-rate notes;

• €49.5 million of class A3 senior secured floating-rate notes;

• €21 million of class B senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes;

• €21 million of class C senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes;

• €19 million of class D senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes;

• €22 million of class E senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes;

• €26.5 million of class F subordinated notes; and

• €15 million of class P combination notes.
