ArcelorMittal announces plans to sell notes via 13 bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., March 6 – ArcelorMittal is marketing an offering of dollar-denominated notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Agricole CIB, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, RBC Capital Markets LLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Commerz Markets LLC, ING Financial Markets LLC, Santander Investment Securities Inc., SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc., SG Americas Securities LLC and UniCredit Capital Markets LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt, including the $1 billion outstanding under a $7 billion term facilities agreement.

ArcelorMittal is a Luxembourg-based steel producer.
