Abu Dhabi to price dollar-denominated seven-year senior notes

Concord, N.H., May 25 – The Emirate of Abu Dhabi plans to price a dollar-denominated benchmark of seven-year senior notes, according to a notice on Tuesday.

Price talk is in the Treasuries plus 70 basis points to 75 bps area, according to a market source.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc is the stabilization coordinator and manager of the Regulation S offering along with Citigroup, First Abu Dhabi Bank, HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank as managers.

A listing on the London Stock Exchange is expected.
