New Issue: JPMorgan sells $7.08 million 7.75% autocallable yield notes on Apple

Olympia, Wash., May 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $7.08 million of 7.75% autocallable yield notes due Aug. 26, 2021 linked to the common stock of Apple Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest rate will payable monthly.

After six months, the notes will be called at par if the stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date other than the final date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon unless the stock closes below its trigger level, 73% of its initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the stock.
