New Issue: India’s Apollo Tyres allots Rs. 5 billion 8¾% debentures due 2030

Olympia, Wash., April 9 – Apollo Tyres Ltd. allotted Rs. 5 billion 8¾% secured redeemable nonconvertible debentures due April 9, 2030, according to a notice filed with the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The allotment was approved by a committee of the company’s board of directors on Thursday.

The debentures were issued as a private placement but will be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.

The Gurgeon, India, company manufactures tires.
