New Issue: ABN Amro prices $0.3 million 9.5% reverse convertibles linked to Burlington Northern
New York, June 27 - ABN Amro Bank NV priced $0.3 million of 9.5% Knock-In Reverse Exchangeable notes due Dec. 31, 2008 linked to Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp. shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Payout at maturity will be par in cash unless Burlington Northern shares fall below the protection price of $80.37, 80% of the initial price of $100.46, during the life of the notes and finish below the initial price in which case the payout will be 9.954 shares of Burlington Northern stock.
