New Issue: ABN Amro prices $1.2 million 14.65% reverse convertibles linked to Tesoro
New York, July 13 - ABN Amro Bank NV priced $1.2 million of 14.65% reverse convertible notes due Dec. 28, 2007 linked to Tesoro Corp. stock, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Payout at maturity will be par in cash unless Tesoro stock falls below the protection price, 70% of the initial price of $60.20, during the life of the notes and finishes below the initial price in which case the payout will be 16.611 shares of Tesoro stock.
