JPMorgan buys total of $12.09 million Wells Fargo claims against AMR

Pittsburgh, June 26 - JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA bought $12.09 million of Wells Fargo Bank Northwest, NA's claims against AMR Corp., according to Tuesday filings with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Specifically, JPMorgan bought one $6.08 million claim and one $6.01 million claim.

AMR, the Fort Worth-based parent of American Airlines, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 29, 2011. The Chapter 11 case number is 11-15463.
