Amkor gets loan waiver of financial delivery deadline

New York, Sept. 29 - Amkor Technology Inc. received a waiver from its bank group regarding the deadline to file financials and any default that could arise out of a restatement, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Friday.

Bank of America is the administrative agent on the deal.

The waiver was completed on Sept. 25.

Amkor is a Chandler, Ariz.-based provider of advanced semiconductor assembly and test services.
