Moody's affirms Amkor

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed Amkor Technology, Inc.'s corporate family (B2), long-term debt (B1 senior unsecured, Caa1 senior subordinated) and speculative-grade liquidity (SGL-2) ratings and revised the outlook to positive.

The positive outlook reflects Amkor's improved operating and financial performance with continued free cash flow generation against the backdrop of favorable industry fundamentals, the agency said.

It also reflects Moody's expectations that Amkor will continue to demonstrate a stable to improving credit profile as a result of better operating and financial discipline.
