American Tower to price senior notes due 2024, 2028, 2051

New York, Nov. 17 – American Tower Corp. plans to price three tranches of fixed-rate senior notes, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The offering includes notes due Jan. 15, 2024, Jan. 31, 2028 and Jan. 15, 2051.

They have a make-whole call any time prior to maturity for the 2024 notes, two months prior to maturity for the 2028 notes and six months prior to maturity for the 2051 notes and par calls after those dates.

Barclays, Mizuho Securities USA Inc., RBC Capital Markets LLC, SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. and TD Securities (USA) LLC are bookrunners of the deal.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt, including under the company’s 2019 credit facility, and for general corporate purposes.

American Tower is a telecommunications provider based in Boston.
