Fitch gives American Tower notes BBB+
Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB+ rating to American Tower Corp.'s planned multi-tranche senior notes offering.
The agency affirmed the issuer’s BBB+ ratings on Oct. 31.
The proceeds will be used to repay revolver balances and for general corporate purposes. “Fitch expects the offering to be substantially leverage neutral,” the agency said in a statement.
The outlook is negative.
