American Media gets loan waiver, extending financial delivery deadline

New York, Aug. 21 - American Media Operations Inc. received a waiver under its credit facility, providing for an extension of the delivery deadline for financial statements for periods through Sept. 30, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Monday.

The waiver was completed on Aug. 18.

JPMorgan is the administrative agent on the deal.

American Media is a Boca Raton, Fla., magazine publisher.
