Mexico's America Movil sets price guidance on $300 million three-year notes at Libor + 62.5 bps

New York, April 19 - America Movil SA de CV set price guidance for its $300 million notes due April 27, 2007 (Baa1/BBB-/BBB) at three month Libor plus 62.5 basis points, according to a market source.

Citigroup is running the Rule 144A (with regulation rights) deal.

Pricing is expected to take place on Tuesday.

America Movil is a Mexico City-based wireless communications services company.
