New Issue: Citi sells $1.77 million 9% contingent coupon autocalls tied to Amazon

Chicago, Nov. 5 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.77 million of contingent coupon autocallable yield notes due Oct. 28, 2019 linked to Amazon.com, Inc. stock, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 9% if the underlying stock closes at or above its 75% coupon barrier on the observation date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par if the stock closes at or above on any call review date after six months.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the stock closes below its 75% knock-in level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
